It was a great experience. For the price its like any franchise hotel experience, We got there late and someone was there to check us inn, too cold AC when we got inside the room, to fresh towels ( no stain) when taking shower. It was great overall and it was spotless clean.

Excellent place to stay. My 2nd time this year and i really like this place. Rooms are clean and renovated, bathrooms got everything you need and everything works. Cleaning lady does a great job and all the stuff is nice. Parking is right in front the room and you there is tv with all channels and wi-fi. Location is what i was looking for right across the harbour which is pretty nice to walk. It’s on a walking distance to the beach and a few great restaurants and shops.

Stayed 6 nights here. 100 yards away from bay. Amazing price for the location. Owner is helpful and the housekeeping is attentive, even acknowledged my fear of the dogs running out the door while we were out and about! Definitely recommend for an affordable weekend (or more) away! Walking distance from the beach, and downtown shops. Loved the stove included and large ice machine! Now our first choice for accommodations while out of town.

Nice little place in town within walking distance to the water and park. By all the stores you need: HEB, Walmart within two miles away and restaurants. Wild Prawn was good. 30 min drive to Corpus Christi. Parking is a bit tight but it’s a small hotel. Room very clean and updated. Does just have coffee set up but as a travel nurse, I bring everything with me anyways. We got a pack of single serve Folgers and sugar etc from HEB for $1 each. We left a day early and they refunded us a room with no issues. Housekeepers and owners very nice. Get receipt on check in. The only downside is no towel hooks in the bathroom; just one towel bar and no curtains to keep light out of windows. Bathroom kind of tight but remodeled and new. Good apt sized fridge and micro. We bought food and kept it without issue without having to eat out for all 3 meals. People park all over. A few live ins, but they are nice. Great view of the park and water.

I would have to say this is far the best hotel/ home away from from home. The room was clean bed was comfortable. The only down side was the toilet was super close to the shower wall so get a foot stool 🤣😂 it is small only 16 rooms has oven and stove unlike other kitchenette hotels so bring your pots and pans. If you have pets there is empty lots on the sides with grass!! And the water is right across the road for some night time fishing. I would mostly likely stay here every-time I come down... and it is not noisy at night

Extremely kind customer service! They have one maid so she is great about remembering what you have and need. Hotel is very nice & updated. Shower is amazing! Stayed in a one bed that would be small for many people, but was perfect for two.

The room was basic but perfect for a weekend getaway. Very quiet location and walking distance to shops in the downtown area plus bait shops right across the road. They are pet friendly and located across from a dog friendly park which provides waste bins and bags to clean up after your dog. Not the first time staying here but will be back! Owners are friendly as well.
